What we collect

When you request a launch notification, we store your email, country edition, home type, optional moving stage, signup time and campaign information (UTM source, campaign and search term). Where advertising measurement is allowed, we may also store the Google click identifier (gclid). We use this information to send your launch discount and notify you when checkout opens and understand demand for Handova. Signing up does not create an account or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Where your information goes

Signup information is stored using Lovable Cloud and is accessible only through our password-protected administration page. We do not sell it. No email address or other customer matching information is shared with Google.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads measurement is not active until an advertising ID is configured. When enabled, Google receives page and device information and a buy-click event to measure advertising effectiveness and interest in buying Handova. Clicking Get Handova is the only measured conversion; submitting an email does not trigger another conversion. We also record session page views, the country edition, home type and price shown to understand the purchase-interest funnel.

Without a consent banner, Google tags, advertising click identifiers and conversion events are blocked for visitors in the UK, EEA, Switzerland and any location we cannot establish. Elsewhere we honor explicit opt-outs and supported browser privacy signals. Campaign labels are stored for session attribution, but blocked advertising events are never replayed after a later change of choice.

Your advertising choice

You can stop future advertising measurement on this browser at any time. This does not prevent you from requesting a launch notification. Opening this page does not change your choice.

Storage and retention

Campaign information is kept in your browser’s session storage for the current tab session. Your advertising opt-out is kept in browser local storage. Launch-notification records are retained for this demand test until no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements. Request deletion or correction through the contact channel published by Handova.

Contact and your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information. Handova’s legal operator and privacy contact details must be added before this site is launched to the public.
